Technical Specifications and Requirements
Required Software and Hardware
GIS Software
ESRI® ArcGIS® Server 9.3 or 10.0 Standard or Advanced Edition – Workgroup or Enterprise Level.
Map and geocoding services must be configured on the ArcGIS server.
Note: A desktop GIS editor (ESRI ArcView, ArcEditor or ArcInfo) will be required to create additional custom map layers that can be added to the Mapper implementation.
WebEOC Software
ESi WebEOC® Professional, Air ST, or for Hospitals 7.1.0.2 or higher.
Optional: ESi WebEOC® Resource Manager version 2.0 or higher is the minimum version needed to enable GIS functionality in Resource Manager.
Server Requirements
Mapper Professional is installed on the existing WebEOC server. An additional server is not needed. An existing WebEOC server should meet these requirements.
Operating System: Microsoft® Windows® 2003 SP1 or 2008 (32-bit or 64-bit). Standard Server or Advanced Server. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
Note: ’64-bit for Itanium’ servers not supported.
Web Server: Internet Information Server (IIS) 5.1+.
Internet Connection: The Routing tool in the user interface accesses ESRI’s ArcGIS Online routing task service and requires an Internet connection to fully utilize the feature. Otherwise, Mapper Professional can be used in a fully disconnected environment with the proper local GIS server configuration.

3 or higher with Macromedia Flash plug-in installed.
